Welcome to Bhio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bhio (accessible at https://bhio.link), including our website, web application, and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, publishing a bio link, or accessing Bhio, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Bhio.

2. User Accounts & Authentication

You can create an account using your email address or Google OAuth 2.0. You agree that:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are fully responsible for any activities conducted through your account.
• You will notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Bhio in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You expressly agree NOT to use Bhio to:

• Publish, link to, or promote illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
• Distribute phishing scams, malware, viruses, or malicious exploits.
• Post defamatory, obscene, harassing, abusive, or hate-speech content.
• Infringe on the intellectual property, copyright, trademark, or privacy rights of any party.
• Use automated tools or scrapers to bulk-generate accounts or harvest usernames.
• Impersonate any person, brand, business, or entity.

4. Content Ownership & Licensing

You retain full copyright and ownership rights to all content, links, graphics, and text that you upload or publish on Bhio. By publishing your page on Bhio, you grant Bhio a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license solely to host, render, display, and distribute your content across the web for the purpose of operating your link-in-bio page.

5. Username Reservation & Termination

Usernames are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. However, Bhio reserves the right to reclaim, suspend, or reassign usernames that violate trademarks, impersonate verified brands or public figures, or remain dormant/inactive for an extended period.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy at our discretion without prior notice.

6. Service Availability & Disclaimer

Bhio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.9% edge uptime, we do not warrant that our service will be completely uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bhio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your access to or inability to access our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When modifications occur, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of Bhio constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
